Accounts:
We ask that accounts are paid on the day of your consultation.
Veteran’s Affair card holders will be billed directly to Department of Veterans Affairs.
This Practice accepts all major credit cards EXCEPT AMEX & DINERS.

Standard Consult: $90
Long Consultation: $148
Extended Consult: $210
* After Hours:
Standard Consult: $102
Long Consultation: $160
Extended Consult: $222
Consultations:
Consultations are by appointment only.
Should you require a longer consultation (more than 15 minutes) this can be arranged by informing the receptionist when making the appointment.
In the interest of continuity of care, please nominate your Doctor of choice when booking your appointment.
Cancellations:
Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment as this enables us to reschedule for other patients.
We would appreciate at least two hours notice for cancelling an appointment.
THERE IS A CHARGE FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS.
Referrals:
Please check with your specialist prior to your appointment to see if you need a new referral.
Referrals will not be issued without consultation with the Doctor as per Medicare Australia requirements.

Phone Calls:
In most cases, the office staff will be able to help you with your enquiry. If you need to speak with your Doctor please leave a message with the receptionists and the doctor will return your call when available.
If you have an urgent matter our reception staff may be able to put you through to our Practice Nurse in the case of an emergency.
WE DO NOT CORRESPOND VIA EMAIL.
Prescriptions:
Modern drug therapy requires careful monitoring. Prescriptions will not be issued without consultation with a Doctor, unless by specific prior arrangements with your doctor and this may attract a consult fee.
Please plan your consultation in advance to avoid situations where you may be left without important medications.
After Hours:
After hours charges apply for consults from 5 pm weekdays and on Saturdays, there is NO BULK BILLING at these times.
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED $120.00 (REGISTERED PATIENTS ONLY)
